We proudly present our exquisitely transformed Miami-style home, which was once an outdated 80's Penthouse. Every aspect of this residence has undergone a meticulous redesign, captivatingly blending contemporary elegance with the allure of Miami.
The entire living room was renovated, featuring Italian Porcelain tiles that added a touch of sophistication to the space. An immense 84-inch Electric Heater and Linear Fireplace became the focal point, radiating warmth and ambiance. Styled with white and black modern furniture and decor, the living room effortlessly exuded a vibrant Miami vibe, perfectly harmonizing with the California lifestyle.
The kitchen underwent a remarkable makeover, adorned with all-white Italian porcelain tiles that created a clean and timeless aesthetic. The latest stainless steel Sub Wolf refrigerator and induction stove top were seamlessly integrated, boasting cutting-edge technology. A striking gray and white chevron backsplash was added, enhancing the visual appeal. A beautiful white marble bar, accompanied by elegant off-white leather bar stools, was created for seamless entertainment. In addition, a white flat-screen TV with a Sonos sound system was installed, providing the perfect backdrop for clients to enjoy their morning news or favorite TV shows while savoring a cup of coffee. The kitchen truly became a pinnacle of luxury.
Clients were able to indulge in the Master Suite with style, enjoying a glass of Dom Perignon champagne while immersing themselves in their favorite movies within a tranquil setting.
The Penthouse guest suite was transformed into a stunning combination of Miami and modern mid-western styles, fulfilling the client's exact vision. It encompassed a delightful mixture of Vera Wang bedding, a cowhide rug, and a classic black and white cattle picture, seamlessly blending the best of both worlds. And, of course, Veuve Clicquot champagne was readily available to add a touch of elegance.
The Penthouse guest bathroom became an oasis of tranquility. Illuminating light mirrors were installed in each master suite, featuring adjustable lighting and built-in digital clocks, eliminating any excuses for tardiness.
